Many ethical theories are proposed by many philosophers to handle it. In the second chapter, I had explained Singer’s ethical theories of the philosophy of effective altruism. Peter Singer gave a two-way explanation to poverty by mentioning relative poverty and absolute poverty . [1] Absolute poverty is the absence of the minimum income to fulfill the necessities of life.
